Once I had investigated the flows of funds through the banking system, as well as the L-curve of wealth and income distribution, I think that it is time to put to rest the myth of the pyramid.
It is rather more like unto a flagpole, or an obelisk, perhaps the Washington monument could be a better analogy, the regular people comprising the 99+% of the population resides on the ground, while those who perpetrate the myth inhabit the capstones at the tippy top, while nearly all the liquid wealth of the world is contained within the tower.
Recent movements in this system is that the obelisk is beginning to sink, and perhaps lean a bit like the Pisan tower. The result is that those at ground level are experiencing the catastrophic effects as fissures and earthquakes develop where once was solid ground.
Our attempts to keep this ivory tower from falling and sinking, the people are being sacrificed to fill in the fissures and to shim the tower. Many of the smarter realize what is going on, and are fleeing the danger, while others have caught on and believe that the only solution possible is to let the tower fall.
But I am of the belief that there are other ways to handle the continuing impending doom of this failed architecture, and APT is certainly a cornerstone of a reformed system. But for any renewal to take place, we must stop worshiping the obelisk, and begin dismantling this hideous religion that sacrifices the lives and freedoms of our progeny to perpetuate this destructive cult, and begin deprogramming proceedings by obtaining and executing search warrants for the tower, and begin the style show of the empirical wardrobe.
