The Fattah link works. Thanks for posting. Though not the APT tax per se, no tax plan gets enacted in its original proposed form. I think we and the congressman share a desire that the concept get full and fair consideration.

"What if we could finance the Federal Gov't in this way" so he started the Transform America concept - researched it through the Congrssional Budget Office and Treasury Dept. Upon their finding no illegality in the idea he has been entering bills in Congress each year. She said, absolutely the reverse, it has strenghtened her business. She explained that she had passed it on anyhow in an increment one time that nobody really recognized.
